How is Primitive Baking, Inc different from other bakeries?
A:
Well, my baked goodies are made from heirloom recipes, that go back to 19th century. Some of the methods are still mastered in making some of the recipes. Also, we use only fresh ingredients and from premium quality, all fruits are hand picked during the seasons by me and my family.

Where do you bake?
A:
All baked goods are baked and packaged in a licensed and certified commercial kitchen. Meanwhile, I’m searching for that right place that fits Primitive Baking, Inc needs. wish me luck!.

Do Primitive Baking products contain Trans fats?
A:
No!... our products have Zero Trans Fats. We only use healthy fats. like variety of nut oils, butter or organic shortening that has 0 trans. Even though our recipes sometimes ask for the use of lard, we do not! because of health reasons. In the past people used lard for convenience and nothing else.

Do you carry a healthy/ diabetic menu options?

Yes! Although the items are not posted on the web site < hopefully in near future> my prim recipes box has a variety of sugar free or alternative healthier choices. E-mail or call me, I’ll be glad to assist you.

Are you strictly Retail?
A:
No! we started as retail and still are, however; some of our retail customers who are themselves are business owners, they loved our products and wanted to add it to their stores. From there we decided to have a wholesale.

Do you deliver to PO Box address?

No! because it will take a bit longer to get there, and due to the nature of our products we don’t ship to PO Box .

For right now, I only do ship my products to Midwest, Southern, and Eastern states.
